Of course we will be at your service even after your purchase.

In the case of functional defects, please send your unit with a short description of the defect to the customer service center in Lenzkirch or to your nearest customer service office (flue gas analysers only). Please supply your telephone number in case we have some questions. Normally, it takes one week to repair or adjust an instrument.
